Flowers

I want to send flowers to a friend of mine who is a single Dad. I kind’a have romantic feelings towards him, but I’m very discreet about it. Although I suspect he knows about my feelings. Any suggestions anybody?

ABSOLUTELY NONE!!! Sorry, I know you are trying to do a good deeds but sending flowers to a Dad for father’s day is like a guy sending a mom a brand new pair of boxer for mother’s day… It will be ok if the guy is a botanist or something..but if not, I would shy away from doing that.

I think that if you like the guy and are ready to forge a relationship with him, you have to give him a more obvious hint because, us guys we don’t really know how to read between the lines =S Also you have to make sure that he feels the same way about you, so as to not have your feelings hurt and eventually jeopardize your friendship with him.

If you are both on the same page then, maybe try to get him one of his favorite movie, then make him supper or something. Then, after supper watch that movie with him. Also make sure the kid is involve in that evening as well. This will show him that you care not only about him, but also about his kid. And if you can be comfortable being around his kid, things might get easier with you being comfortable with him. Good luck tho =)

My girlfriend lives in Bahrain (middle east, next to Saudi Arabia) and I want to send her flowers for her birthday, but she still lives with her parents who are strict Muslims (I’m Christian).
I need an excuse to attach to the note so I can send her flowers for her birthday without her parents getting suspicious. You know, she won a contest or I’m a local business sending out complimentary bouquets, or something. It just has to be plausible.

Its very risky pal! You can get her scolded at home! Or something even worse. But if u do need an idea, you can do a simple thing. Send flowers at the address, and write in a total differnt name, and a letter of interview along with…the goal is that if parents find out they will think it was send by mistake, to the wrong house, instead of an interview cal, you can send death condolence letter too!

I want to send flowers to Europe. Switzerland to be exact. I was wondering how I would go about doing so. Would I have to find an online flower shop delivering to Switzerland, or would I have to find an online flower shop in Switzerland to send, and if I did that how would I buy them? Would I have to convert my money to their currency?

If you want to send flowers from your country, it wouldn’t be worth it. I would strongly suggest finding some online flowershops IN Switzerland and having it delivered. You just need to read the website of your choice on how the delivery works. You will have to use your credit card and they will automatically take the money out in their currency.
