I’ve had flowers delivered to my class twice. When I got the flowers delivered someone in the back of the class yelled "you got it like that". Im in college however im not doing anything to the guys. So why do ppl ask "what are you doing to these guys"? What do they mean?

I’m looking for a website to order flowers from that won’t end up costing me sixty dollars. Once I find flowers for around twenty dollars they charge me about twenty more dollars in tax and handling fees. Therefor my twenty dollars that started as twenty is costing me forty dollars.
